Start-ups or solo operators needing structure, guidance, and momentum in their first steps.

Initial Setup:

  • One 2-hour discovery session to shape your business idea, clarify your goals, and identify what’s needed to get started.
  • We'll prepare a tailored 6-month roadmap with clear priorities, simple monthly goals, and practical action steps to build momentum.

Ongoing:

  • Monthly 1-hour accountability Zoom check-ins
    • Progress overview
    • Identification of lags or roadblocks
    • Realignment to roadmap
    • Dashboard to monitor progress

Engagement Term:
Minimum 6-month commitment

    Investment:

    • $500 establishment and setup fee
    • $180/month for ongoing check-ins
